In January 2023, the Sri Sathya Sai Premaarpitham Foundation established the Sri Sathya Sai Vaatsalyam as a dedicated campus from which all the service projects are run and managed. The Sri Sathya Sai Vaatsalyam houses a state-of-the-art central kitchen, a multi-speciality rural hospital, dedicated accommodation for men and women, and a 5000-seater community hall.

The grand Sadashivam Hall, a 5000-seater marvel, serves as the vibrant heart of Vaatsalayam, hosting a confluence of activities. From spiritual gatherings that nurture the soul to joyous community celebrations of festivals, and as a transformative hub for village women to acquire invaluable skills, this magnificent hall is a melting pot of action and inspiration.
The Sri Sathya Sai Vaidyalayam is a rural hospital that offers a comprehensive range of specialties, including general medicine, orthopaedics, dentistry, ophthalmology, general surgery, paediatrics, and gynaecology, all provided at no cost to those in need.
The hospital has a pharmacy, well-equipped laboratory, consultation rooms and a five-bed operating theatre and is well-equipped to cater to the diverse medical needs of the community.
The central state-of-the-art kitchen where skilled chefs and dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to prepare fresh, wholesome meals bursting with flavour and love. The daily breakfast served to the school children is also cooked fresh every morning at Svedanika. The kitchen offerings also extend to the residents, patients, and visitors of Vaatsalyam.
