The Sri Sathya Sai Gnyana Dayini is dedicated to providing holistic education to students, supporting them through their academic journeys from school to higher education.
Through this initiative, children from nearby villages are provided comprehensive academic support through after-school tuitions, co-curricular training such as Bharatanatyam and Indian music classes, education in human values, and scholarships for students requiring financial assistance for education.
The Gnyana Dayini programme is designed to empower students to reach their full potential intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually by offering a well-rounded educational experience that combines academic support, cultural activities, skill development, and financial aid. It aims to nurture well-rounded individuals who can positively contribute to society and lead fulfilling lives.
“Tuition classes at Vaatsalyam were started to ensure that students receive a quality education, regardless of their school board or academic level. Our goal is to prepare students for successful roles in society and life.”
Nayana Teacher, Vidya Maadhuryam“Initially, I used to waste a lot of time at home. However, after coming to Sri Sathya Sai Vaatsalyam, I got the opportunity to improve many skills and started participating in various activities such as bhajans, dance, and the science exhibition. The exhibition, in particular, was special for me. I would come to the ashram every day and work alongside my friends, which brought me a lot of happiness. I worked on the Chandrayaan 3 model, and it turned out very well. My parents are also very happy to see me spending my time productively.”
