Nestled gracefully amongst a trio of sacred peepal trees, the Naga Devatha at Sri Sathya Sai Vaatsalyam radiated divine brilliance as devotees gathered around the deity on the evening of August 20th, marking the occasion of Naga Panchami. The evening’s ceremony was a devotional celebration featuring an abhishekam ritual in honor of the Naga Devathas.

Following the abhishekam, the priest adorned Naga Devatha in exquisite silks and fragrant flower garlands, while devotees chanted Sri Rudram, Durga Suktam, and sang bhajans. The devotees then expressed their reverence by offering turmeric and Kumkuma to Naga Devatha, invoking blessings for the welfare of all.
The evening’s proceedings concluded with the Mangala Aarti. The divine sanctity of the celebration lingered in everyone’s hearts, leaving a sense of peace and contentment.
